The P.O.W.E.R. training programs utilize the TRX suspension training program, along with customary metabolic, aerobic, strength, flexibility, and core strength techniques, to achieve individual needs and objectives. P.O.W.E.R. instructors have an average of 20 years experience in the fitness and personal training field, and are certified and insured. P.O.W.E.R. offers various training options and is committed to helping each client develop the safest and most effective training program that meets their specific progress rate, needs, and goals.


P.O.W.E.R.'s unique small group (pod) training program is redefining fitness one female at a time. We combine cutting edge metabolic and strength workouts with mental exercises for your "motivational muscle". This method allows us to combine the benefits of personal training with the synergy of small training groups, that also function as a support team.

Whether you need 1:1 individualized personal training sessions,  general fitness small group (pods) training sessions of 6:1, high school athlete, weight loss, diabetes, etc.) our diverse program menu has something for every woman. You may pick one training type or fluctuate between the three. With no initiation fees, or monthly dues, you create and pay simply for what you want. Our private intimate setting allows for optimal change to occur without the worry of feeling self conscious or inhibited.
