Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season! POWER studios will be closed starting tomorrow, December 21. Check the schedule for classes and "open gym" time. Schedule is pending.  In the mean time, make sure to check out the youtube channel for LOTS of great workouts and ideas. 

As far as we know, all pods are full for January 2012. However, if you're interested please email us so we can put you on the waiting list. For all current pod gals, remember, December 29th is the Vision Baord party in the Cary studio from 6-???. Please bring a clean munchie or beverage to share!

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, encouragement and loyalty to POWER. We appreciate all of it. Enjoy this sweet family time making wonderful memories. And.....don't forget to sweat at least once a day!
